ESS PRO – Post Retirement Opportunities
Are you looking for a way to continue your career in the public-school system while receiving state retirement benefits? ESS has partnered with the Kyrene School District to provide you with a program that gives you the best of both worlds.
Through our Post Retirement Opportunities program (ESS PRO), you can retire from your job, begin receiving ASRS benefits, and continue working in the same job as an employee of ESS. Enrolling in our program means there will be no required gap in service or limitation to the number of days you can work – it also means a significant bump in your pay!
By “retiring” from Kyrene School District, and joining ESS, you can return to work without limiting your hours or waiting a year.
