“We recently transitioned to ESS from another service and were pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was. Management staff met with us multiple times and made sure that the process was easy for our substitutes, our teachers and our support staff. Since we have started with ESS, there has been a strong presence and investment in our district that has built our confidence in their services. While there are still some times that we have been without substitutes, we have more subs on our list than ever before and ESS is working every day to ensure that things are better than the day before.
