Steve Gritzuk serves as President/COO at ESS, overseeing company operations and information technology. Since joining ESS in 2017, he has been responsible for driving operational excellence and advancing customer-centered programs across all ESS client partnerships.
Prior to ESS, Steve held multiple senior leadership roles at a facilities firm specializing in K-12 facility services, where he gained extensive experience supporting school districts at scale. In his current role, he is accountable for ensuring high-quality operations, responsive service delivery, and consistent program execution for every ESS client.
Steve holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California (2025), a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University (2019), an MBA from Charleston Southern University (2004), and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University (2000).
