Attention ESS Employees: You're invited to showcase your talent through our video contest! We can't wait to experience your stories, humor, creativity, and inspiration.

Contest Guidelines

  • All videos must be original and created by you!
  • All videos must be under three minutes long
  • To enter, please submit your video through the form on this page by Sunday, April 5th, 2026 at 8:00 pm Eastern Time
  • Feel free to invite other ESS employees or staff members at your favorite school to join your video
  • Students should not be included
  • Choose one of the categories below
  • ESS will announce five randomly selected participants as winners
  • Each winner will receive a $100 Gift Card

Video Categories

  • Why I Sub: What inspired you to become a substitute teacher – and what keeps you coming back?
  • A Moment That Mattered: Think of a classroom moment that made you say, “This is why I do this.”
  • The Hidden Perks: What’s one benefit of substitute teaching you didn’t anticipate when you first signed up?
  • Three Words: Describe being a substitute teacher in three words – and explain why you chose them.
