Create your artwork based on the theme, “Imagine going to school in a zoo – what would your day be like?”
Submit your artwork using the form on this page by Sunday, February 23rd at 8:00 PM ET.
What’s at Stake?
Grand Prize: $500 gift card for each winning student, plus $500 for their school!
National Recognition: The top five finalists from each grade group will be featured on ESS’ national Facebook and Instagram pages for public voting.

Public Voting: Finalists will be showcased on ESS’ social media for voting, during the week of March 31st.
Winner Announcement: Tune in on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, to see who wins!

Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the 2025 ESS Art Contest, the Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal U.S. resident who is enrolled in a public school or charter school (grades K-12) in the continental United States.
