As we wrap up another unforgettable school year, we want to pause and say thank you to our incredible ESS team members who showed up for students nationwide.
Whether you jumped into a classroom for a few days or supported schools throughout the year in long-term positions, your flexibility, patience, and commitment made a real difference. You stepped into new environments without hesitation, built connections with students and staff, and helped keep learning on track when it mattered most.
Every lesson supported, every classroom covered, and every student encouraged added up to something meaningful this year. We’re genuinely grateful for the energy and care you bring to schools every day.
Throughout the 2025–2026 school year, we also had the opportunity to show appreciation through our monthly raffle program. Each month, team members who met the participation requirements were entered for a chance to win prizes as a small thank-you for the work in schools every day.
