You’ll work alongside school staff to support students with academic, behavioral, physical, or health-related needs throughout the day, helping them stay safe, engaged, and ready to learn.

What You'll Do

 

No two days are exactly the same, but responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students in a variety of classroom activities to help create a positive and productive learning environment
  • Helping students stay focused, engaged, and encouraged throughout lessons and daily routines
  • Assisting teachers with instructional activities, classroom organization, and learning materials as needed
  • Encouraging social and emotional growth by modeling positive behavior and providing gentle guidance
  • Providing one-on-one or small-group support to reinforce learning and build confidence in students
  • Celebrating student successes, both big and small, to help foster motivation and a sense of achievement
