Jennifer Fisher serves as Senior Vice President of the West Region at ESS, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the staffing industry. She is a customer-focused executive known for driving strategic growth through operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to building long-term partnerships founded on trust, transparency, and measurable value.
Jennifer is passionate about developing strong client relationships by aligning on shared goals, establishing clear expectations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She believes that empowered teams deliver exceptional customer experience and has built her career around creating high-performing organizations that consistently exceed expectations.
Before joining ESS, Jennifer held leadership positions with PeopleReady, where she led the organization’s Strategic Sales and Sales Enablement teams. In that role, she designed and implemented several key sales and enablement programs that strengthened customer engagement and accelerated business growth. Prior to PeopleReady, Jennifer spent 15 years with global staffing leader Adecco, where she held senior leadership roles responsible for driving new business development, customer retention, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams across the West Coast.
Jennifer’s passion for supporting education is deeply personal. She comes from a family of educators and administrators, including her father, who dedicated more than 50 years as both a teacher and athletic director. Watching his lifelong commitment to students gave Jennifer a firsthand appreciation for the impact that dedicated educators have on the lives of children and reinforced her commitment to helping school districts build the workforce they need to support student success.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks football team.
