Before joining ESS, Nhuy led an inside sales team and served as Director of Business Development for a healthcare furniture manufacturer. Her success was driven by relationship-building, strategic growth, and a consistent focus on client satisfaction.

For Nhuy, education is more than a career; it is a personal mission. Inspired by her mother, who was a teacher in Vietnam, Nhuy developed a deep respect for the role educators play in shaping lives.
