Ben Glisk is a Director of Business Development at ESS and works to establish partnerships with school districts in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Having graduated from college during the pandemic, he saw firsthand the impact on instruction quality, student achievement, and the overall learning experience. With that experience, he knew he wanted to contribute to a company like ESS that improves student outcomes.

The collaborative nature of his colleagues inspires Ben, as does the transparency in client relationships across the business and the empowerment ESS instills in its employees and partners. He firmly believes that increasing fill rates and freeing up administrators’ time have an immediate impact on student learning outcomes. He finds it so rewarding to hear from districts about the positive impact ESS has on their schools.
