Random Acts of Kindness Day is observed on February 17th each year. This day, and every day, provides an opportunity for everyone to come together to make our world a better place. Did you know that by providing a random act of kindness, the recipient is not the only one who benefits from your decision? Random acts of kindness can be good for our mental health, as well as, reduce stress and improve our emotional well-being. A little will go a long way for everyone involved!
