Celebrating American Education Week 2023: Together for Safe, Just & Equitable Schools

American Education Week is a time to express our sincere admiration and celebrate the incredible achievements of our team here at ESS! American Education Week, typically observed during the third week of November, brings educators, students, parents, and communities together to appreciate education’s vital role in our society.

Substitute teachers bring a unique set of skills and adaptability to their roles. They must be flexible, handle unexpected challenges, and quickly build rapport with diverse groups of students daily. Their adaptability ensures that the curriculum remains on track and students continue to receive quality instruction, even when their teacher is absent. We want to take this time to express our profound appreciation for your dedication to guaranteeing that every day counts for our students, who can receive uninterrupted education in their teacher’s absence. Your commitment to delivering lessons, maintaining adherence to schedules, and ensuring the safety of our students is both evident and deeply valued. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

At ESS, we believe that our employees are the backbone of our success, and we are committed to recognizing and celebrating your hard work and dedication. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for our remarkable team members nationwide! This week, we’ll be giving away $100 American Express E-Gift Cards to 20 outstanding employees as a small token of our appreciation. We are truly grateful for your unwavering commitment to your local school communities.

We will be announcing winners throughout the week on our national social media platforms! Stay tuned!

Congratulations to Our Winners!
