Each month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews of our employees, from which we select two employees of the month. We’re pleased to honor our honorees from October 2018!
Anthony Cicoria, Orergon
Anthony has been substituting with us since September 2015, working primarily at the Hillsboro School District in Oregon. He has proven himself to be an extremely reliable and hardworking employee – in 2018 alone, he has worked 118 substitute assignments!
Anthony was nominated by Diana Farlow, the office manager at Hillsboro High School, who wrote, “Anthony has been a sub at ‘Hilhi’ very consistently for 2018. He is always prompt, prepared, willing to take on additional projects and goes above and beyond in the classroom with our students. Subs like Anthony are rare and we so very much appreciate all of his commitment to Hilhi!“
Michael Forlano, NJ
Michael became an ESS substitute in August 2017 and has worked 215 assignments since then at the Black Horse Pike Regional School District. He already has assignments scheduled throughout the rest of the 2018/2019 school year at Triton Regional High School. His dedication to the students he serves does not go unnoticed!
Michael was nominated by Melissa Sheppard, the principal of Triton. She wrote, “Mr. Forlano is early every day, eager to do his job and volunteers to help when necessary. He greets all students and faculty with a smile and has an excellent rapport with all. He takes pride in his work and does every assignment with enthusiasm.“
Congratulations Anthony & Michael – keep up the excellent work!
