ESS is proud to announce a new partnership with Rocky Mountain Prep, a prominent public charter school network serving students and families across Denver and Aurora, Colorado.
Rocky Mountain Prep operates on a compelling mission: to ensure every child experiences a joyful, rigorous education. The network currently serves more than 5,650 students across 12 schools, building engaging learning environments where students are challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
A Partnership Focused on Students and Schools
At ESS, we know that every school day counts. When a teacher or paraprofessional is absent, placing a prepared substitute in the classroom helps maintain essential routines, supports continuous student learning, and reduces the daily burden on full-time school staff.
Through this collaboration, ESS will support Rocky Mountain Prep by recruiting, hiring, training, and managing qualified substitute teachers and paraprofessionals. Our team will serve school communities across the Rocky Mountain Prep network, including Berkeley, Creekside, Fletcher, Ruby Hill, Southwest, Federal, Green Valley Ranch, Noel, Sunnyside, Westwood, RISE, and SMART. From elementary classrooms to middle and high school settings, ESS will help ensure students continue learning.
