Congratulations to Our February Employees of the Month!

Each month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews of our employees, from which we select four employees of the month. We’re pleased to recognize our honorees from February 2023!

Stacy Odcoff
Bixby Public Schools, OK

Stacy was nominated three times this month by colleagues at Bixby Central Elementary, who all had such wonderful things to say!

Donna Emberton, Third Grade Teacher, wrote: “Mrs. Udcoff is an amazing substitute teacher. She has great classroom management. Mrs. Udcoff cares about the students and always makes a positive impact in their lives. She is also reliable and does a great job making sure the lesson plans are followed. Mrs. Udcoff leaves honest feedback, but always has something positive to say.”

Emily Long, Kindergarten Teacher, wrote: “Stacy is an amazing substitute. She works so hard to keep classrooms running as smooth as normal, makes students feel comfortable and loved. She truly educates children in the absence of their teachers. As a teacher, it is so nice to not have to worry about being gone when Stacy is in my class. She is incredible and deserves to be recognized!”

Julia Watson, Building Secretary, wrote: “Stacy is always willing to help with a smile. She also has great classroom management!”

Melany Andree
Apollo-Ridge School District, PA

Melany was nominated by Jamie Laws, Director of HR at Apollo-Ridge Elementary School, who wrote: “I would like to nominate Melany Andree as an employee of the month for Apollo-Ridge. She truly gives it her all when she is here. She knows every elementary student’s name, how each teacher runs his or her classroom, and is an overall terrific substitute for our district!”

Anita Brown
Clover School District, SC

Anita was also nominated three times this month by colleagues at Oakridge Elementary School, who all believe she is a very integral part of their school community!

Courtney Young, Kindergarten Teacher, wrote: “Ms. Brown is always so extremely helpful. She is willing to do ANYTHING asked of her at any time. Ms. Brown subbed for me a few weeks ago and asked me prior if she could do a science lesson with the kids. She is always well prepared, and the kids love her! Ms. Brown is the first person I ask if I know I need a sub for my classroom. I know my kids are in great hands with her.”

Betsy Politsch, Teacher’s Assistant, wrote: “Ms. Brown is absolutely a delight to have in a classroom. She is so knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Ms. Brown is always dependable and is always early to start working. She is willing to jump in and help out with whatever is needed. She is great with any and all am & pm duties and she never complains. Her class management is great with any age. ESS & Clover School District are privileged to have Ms. Brown as a substitute.”

Brandi Fox, Teacher’s Assistant, wrote: “Mrs. Brown is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed. She is always positive and smiling.”

Gretel Jackson

She is a sub we never have to worry about. We really appreciate her!”

Congratulations and keep up the excellent work!
