Barbara Bennett

Barbara was nominated by Yvette Denison, Bookkeeper at James E. Bacon Elementary School, who wrote: “Barbara Bennett has been with Wayne County Food Service for several years now. She has an excellent work ethic. She always has a smile and kind word for everyone. Barbara goes above and beyond all that is required.”
Jaimie Smith

Jaimie was nominated by Helen Hanna, Office Manager at Hayden Meadows Elementary, who wrote: “Jaimie is new to subbing in our building, yet he is always early or on time, well prepared, and leaves AMAZING notes for our teachers. Every time he subs in a classroom, no matter what grade it is, the teachers come back just raving about the wonderful job he did with their class. Jaimie always has a positive, happy outlook, and is very kind. We are so thrilled to have him in our building! He has definitely become one of our most requested and preferred subs.”

Leslie was nominated by Shelley Watkins, Bookkeeper at Wingate Elementary School, who wrote: “Mrs. Walden is AMAZING!!!!!! She is dedicated to her position, responsibilities, the students, and doing anything she can to be an asset to the staff. She has had some personal issues, but she never let it interfere with her job. She steps in where she sees a need without giving a second thought. She is a well respected part of our school by everyone and we love her!! Thank you Leslie for being such a wonderful person and co-worker!!”
