Each month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews about excellent Source4Teachers and MissionOne employees, from which we select an employee of the month from each organization. We’re pleased to honor our June winners!
Source4Excellence Winner: Martin Ward, NJ
Martin was hired in June 2015. Since then, he’s worked more than 210 assignments at Elizabeth and Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Schools. Martin graduated from Kean University’s teaching program, where he earned his teaching certification in Social Studies. He ended this school year in a long-term assignment at Central Middle School in Parsippany and was nominated by the school’s secretary, Ellen Krinner.
“Mr. Ward has become a long-term sub for us based on his outstanding performance in the classrooms and willingness to help out wherever needed. He always comes to school well-dressed, on time, and ready to work. He has an excellent rapport with his students and co-workers. He is an asset to our staff who I feel deserves to be recognized,” said Krinner.
Mission of Excellence Winner: Andrea Dexter, PA
Andrea has been with MissionOne since November 2015. She currently works as a Personal Care Assistant for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit. While working at the Clairview School, Andrea has completed numerous trainings to ensure she is prepared to best serve the students she works with. She was nominated by her MissionOne area manager, Tiffany Clayton.
“Andrea is a perfect example of what an outstanding employee should be. An extremely hard worker, she is flexible and always willing to jump in and help out wherever is needed. As her supervisor, I have received many calls from administration raving about her work ethic. Her professionalism and dedication to the students she serves is definitely amazing! On top of all that, she is absolutely one of the sweetest people you could ever meet!” said Clayton.
Congratulations Martin and Andrea – and keep up the excellent work!
