As schools across the nation prepare to welcome students back, there’s plenty to look forward to, including the return of our monthly raffle for the 2026–2027 school year. We’re kicking off this year’s raffle in August as many of our partner districts begin the new school year this month. The raffle will continue through June to give team members across all of our partner districts an equal opportunity to participate, including those whose school year begins later in the fall.
Starting this August, we’ll be awarding exciting prizes to outstanding ESS team members who meet or exceed our minimum work frequency and performance qualifications. It’s simple: the more you work, the more chances you have to win. This is just one way we can celebrate your hard work, recognize your impact, and show our appreciation for your commitment to student success.
Daily, long-term, building-based, and virtual substitutes are all eligible, as well as permanent placements. If you work 5+ days in August, you’ll automatically be entered into our monthly drawing.
