Each month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews about excellent ESS|Source4Teachers and MissionOne employees, from which we select an employee of the month from each organization. We’re pleased to honor our November winners!
Source4Excellence Winner: Melissa Miley, Pennsylvania
Melissa Miley has made a very positive impression during her first year here at ESS|Source4Teachers. Starting last January, she has worked over 130 days! This includes a long-term assigment at the Chambersburg School District along with numerous daily assignments at nearby districts. She was nominated by Gloria Weagly, Building Secretary at Chambersburg:
“Melissa exceeds expectations in her long-term sub assignments. She is always willing to do extra assignments when available. She has combined three small study halls into one to assist during shortage of coverage. Melissa is always pleasant and connects well with students. The students even asked if she would attend the open house for parents (after school hours). She is very deserving of recognition for all she does.” said Gloria.
Mission of Excellence Winner: Sarah Anderson, New Jersey
Sarah has been with ESS|MissionOne since August 2016. This year, she is working as an Instructional Assistant for the Bellmawr Public School District, at Bell Oaks Upper Elementary. She was nominated by ESS|MissionOne Area Manager, Candace Coleman.
“Despite going through some challenging personal issues this year, Sarah continues to be extremely dedicated to her role. She works day in and day out, arriving early and leaving late, making sure she provides all the students with an optimized educational experience. She is so dedicated to the students at Bell Oaks that she has received employee of the month from the Bellmawr School District. Sarah is very humble and always appreciative of any praise she receieves. No one deserves this award more than she does.” said Candace.
Congratulations Melissa and Sarah – and keep up the excellent work!
