Each month, our partner school districts submit glowing reviews about excellent ESS|Source4Teachers and MissionOne employees, from which we select an employee of the month from each organization. We’re pleased to honor our October winners!
Source4Excellence Winner: Darlene Russell, Connecticut
Darlene Russell started with ESS|Source4Teachers in August and is already making a positive impression. She’s already accepted 35 assignments at Schaghticoke Middle School in New Milford. Mercedes Lopez-Morgan, computer scheduler from the New Milford School District submitted this recommendation on behalf of one of the teachers:
“Darlene Russell is absolutely wonderful. She comes in and immediately works directly with students. She fits very well with the class and addresses students appropriately, respectfully, and unobtrusively. We are all too quick to express our disappointment or dissatisfaction, so I wanted to share a big positive.” said Robyn Hicks, 8th grade ELA teacher.
Mission of Excellence Winner: Stephen Troyanovich, New Jersey
Stephen has been working at Northern Burlington County Regional School District since last January. He is not only an asset to his school but also to the greater community. He works as a classroom aide at the high school and was nominated by ESS|MissionOne Area Manager, Lauren Roberts.
“Stephen has never missed a day of work in the time he has served with ESS|MissionOne. Every day, we have asked for small changes to his schedule to accommodate the needs of our students and other staff, and Stephen has stepped up quickly. Stephen also helps after school with Special Olympics where he has stepped in to help others. Stephen is always upbeat, positive, and happy to be at work every day.” said Roberts.
Congratulations Darlene and Stephen – and keep up the excellent work!
