Introducing Priority Pay Days: More Opportunities to Earn This Spring

At ESS, we’re always looking for ways to better support the incredible substitute educators who keep classrooms running smoothly. This spring, we’re excited to introduce an enhanced incentive program designed with both impact and flexibility in mind: Priority Pay Days.

Building on the success of our previous Extra Pay Friday incentive initiative, we’re launching Priority Pay Days, which expands opportunities to earn extra by including both Mondays and Fridays, the days when schools need reliable coverage the most during the spring semester.

Why Priority Pay Days? 

We know that Mondays and Fridays can be some of the most critical days for classroom continuity. By stepping in on these high-need days, substitute educators play a vital role in setting the tone for the week and ensuring a strong start and finish. It’s a win-win: more support for schools and a potential bonus for you!

All ESS employees who work a combination of nine Mondays and Fridays between Friday, April 10, and Friday, May 29, will automatically be entered to win $500! You may choose whichever Mondays or Fridays you’d like to work, as long as they’re within the program time frame listed below. Please note, half days do not count—you must complete a full Monday or Friday of work for it to be eligible. The last Friday that will count toward the program is May 29.

This year, we are excited to be able to award 15 lucky winners! At the end of the eight weeks, we will randomly select 15 deserving employees who have participated in the Priority Pay Days initiative to receive a $500 American Express gift card. Winners will be announced on our corporate Facebook and Instagram pages on Friday, June 5.
