This spring, our team showed up in a big way through ESS’s Priority Pay Days initiative, helping schools maintain consistency and support on some of the most critical instructional days of the week.
Created as an enhanced version of our previous Extra Pay Friday initiative, Priority Pay Days expanded opportunities for employees to participate by including both Mondays and Fridays throughout the spring semester. From April through May, ESS employees stepped into classrooms, adapted to changing needs, and helped schools start and finish their weeks strong. By committing to work high-need Mondays and Fridays, participants demonstrated the flexibility, reliability, and dedication that make a lasting impact in school communities every day.
All ESS employees who worked a combination of nine Mondays and Fridays between Friday, April 10, and Friday, May 29 had a chance to win an exciting bonus this year! The time has come to announce the 15 winners of the 2026 Priority Pay Days program, each of whom will receive a $500 American Express e-gift card in recognition of their dedication.
