As Director of Business Development, Dan McLaughlin has been with ESS for more than 10 years and partners with districts in Florida and Georgia. Having two school-aged children has deepened his appreciation for the vital role that schools play in shaping both individuals and communities. Experiencing education from a parent’s perspective instills in him a genuine passion to give back and support the mission of public education.
