Nikki Thomas is a Director of Business Development with ESS who formerly managed the outside B2B program for American Express. She joined ESS over the summer of 2025 and works to establish partnerships in Arizona, California, and New Mexico.
Nikki most enjoys working with school leaders and collaborating with individuals who care deeply and are passionate about finding solutions that benefit students. She commends the heart of school leaders who work tirelessly to ensure that their districts thrive in their communities.

For Nikki, it’s easy to be passionate about supporting schools as a parent of young children; she knows how important it is that every classroom be adequately supported and staffed. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her children, family, and friends.
