We’d love to have you on our team!
ESS has partnered with Pasco County Schools to manage its substitute program.
We’re hiring substitute teachers, instructional assistants, bus monitors, custodians, and food & nutrition assistants!

We can’t wait for you to join the ESS family! We encourage all current Pasco County Schools substitutes to continue their important services to the District by becoming an employee of ESS. Becoming a substitute employee for ESS is simple process with three easy steps outlined below. All three steps must be completed.

Step 1: Sign Up and Attend a Virtual Onboarding Meeting

At this meeting, you’ll learn everything you need to know about transitioning to ESS. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with ESS employees, ask questions, learn about the company, and hear about all the amazing perks.
