Programs
Refer a Friend
You can earn $100 for every friend you refer to ESS that ends up getting hired and meeting the minimum work requirements. Please visit Refer.ESS.com to register for the program and start sharing your unique referral link with your network.
Please note, this is an automated system, so it’s essential that you and your friends follow the official process and program rules to be eligible for a reward. A referral submission must be completed before the candidate begins an application with ESS. If an eligible candidate fills out your form, then goes on to apply, get hired, and work 10 of their first 45 days, you’ll receive a reward that you can redeem for the gift card of your choice!

Employees who shine deserve recognition! Each month, staff from our partnering school districts submit glowing reviews of our employees, from which we select our employees of the month. Honorees are featured on our blog and social media pages, and they receive an exciting prize package as a token of our gratitude.
Impact Award
Each May, we announce five incredible employees of the year who have gone far above and beyond the call of duty. Winners receive a $1,000 cash prize and an additional $500 to donate to the school of their choice.
